හරියට vlan ටික හදපන් කම්මැලි නම් VTP enable කරපන්, Distribution layer එකේ switch වලත් සම්පුර්ණ vlan database එක තියෙන්න ඕන, access, trunk පොර්ට් හරියට config කරපන් (HR ට එක switch එකයි IT ට එක switch එකයි තියෙන්න හදනවා නම් vlan මොකටද බෝල) native vlan match නෑ කියල එන error එක හදපන් Distribution layer එකේ. හරියට vlan ටික හැදුව නම් දැන් root දෙකක් තියෙන case එක විසදේවි, ඔකේ stp අව්ලක් කොහේ වත් නෑ බන්.

(access layer switch unmanageable wage tynne) ow bn native vlan case 1k tama tynne... solve karagnna widhak kyapnko pddk.. PAgp channel 1k ahak kalm baba wage weda packets loop wen ne.. vlan wla priority wens karala bluwa eth hri yan ne..

1. First of all ,configure the error disable commands.
Ex :
errdisable recovery cause udld
errdisable recovery cause bpduguard
errdisable recovery cause security-violation
errdisable recovery cause channel-misconfig
errdisable recovery cause pagp-flap
errdisable recovery cause dtp-flap
errdisable recovery cause link-flap
errdisable recovery cause gbic-invalid
errdisable recovery cause l2ptguard
errdisable recovery cause psecure-violation
errdisable recovery cause dhcp-rate-limit
errdisable recovery cause unicast-flood
errdisable recovery cause vmps
errdisable recovery cause storm-control
errdisable recovery interval 60

2.Check the logs of the switches .You will get the answer.

3.Sometimes Packet Tracer allows you to simulate the packet path. From this also you can get an idea.

4.Did you check debug logs ?

When the switches of distribution layer are executed show spanning tree command, both switches show as a root. i think that its the problem. Further, for overcome this issue i have given spanning tree VLAN priority for each VLANS. But it was not successfully. And also, RPVST+ was also configured by me. But it was also not successfully. So i think that it i have done it wrongly.

Two Root bridges should not reside in the same segment. It will analyze highest Interface IP address , Bridge ID etc to determine the root bridge.Change the MAC address of a One switch and make only one of them root bridge.

As you mentioned, the switches has been configured already.i have changed VLAN priority in both switches. ( i have rooted one distribution layer switch for 3 VLANs and other distribution switch for another 3 VLAN ) but it was not working for me.

I did not execute any bebug command. I think that there is a native vlan problem..

Hi just by looking at the topology i feel it look like theres a desighn failure the way you have configured the switches
actually what you really wanted to happen do you want to kee the departments like HR , ACC , Finance , QA , Sales , Marketing in their own VLAN but no connectivity between them oy you need inter VLAN routing among them

clearly specify you requirement
