cleaning my pc

i need to know how to clean my pc (not cleaned for 4 months )
i think inside is so dusty (i live in maradana)
i dont have an anti static strap or a vacume. should i have to buy those to clean my pc. (last time when i opened my pc to check something the whole computer crashed)

so please i need step by step instructions to clean my pc securely

Remove your case first.... then your heatsink.... remove your processor n keep it in a safe place.... then remove all expansion cards n rams.... clean dust on'em using a brush.... (not much need of an anti static strapcoz we hv moisture in the air in sl n as far as itz not airconditioned)... Then assemble all those parts together.. this is wht i do... BEWARE>> THERE IS A HIGH CHANGE OF YOU GETTING A TERRIBLE COLD AFTER THIS>> I GOT LAST TIME>>>
