Since it's cloud you need 24/7 network access. It's still not reliable solution in Sri Lanka.

However if developers can develop suite which automatically switch between online and offline it's going to be sweet.

EG: AV application need to install on your computer and when you connect to the internet it'll automatically switch to cloud based solution and switch back to normal AV mode when you are disconnect from internet.

what's the memory used for each process ? when idle and when scanning.
The memory usage will effect more than the number of processes.

yeah ayya...eka man check kala...Scan wenna demma...
But this not the ideal for me though...i am reinstalling avast now...

reasons:-
as i experienced the scan process takes much resources than avast(this is what i experienced)
when i used avast when the scanning is on process i can do anything without any slowness...but with this one it slows..(for me it happened so)
therefore i am not satisfied..but worth trying...thx for the share

btw i created an account also...but..hmm...at the end i felt like it's not the one...

It's a nice and infomative stuff guys,

I have used many virus guards in the recent past. In my experience; ESET is far better than (m)any others. I didn't try this one; but worth me while to have a go, as it's based on the modern cloud system. I'll wait and follow, our IT experties comments/feedback here.

Feedback :-

I installed panda cloud aniti virus software... after I runned corel draw X4 its get error pop up "Product installation unsuccessful, please reinstall Error1)"

I disabled cloud anti virus after this error pop-up.. then corel draw X4 works fine..
