Is there any way to play COD 4 Modern Warfare in a windows 7 system

I only analysed it with system requirements lab it says that the OS is not compatible
And i search about it and everyone says that we cannot play COD 4 in windows 7

yes i run windows 7, and cod4 works. also cod5 and of course cod mw2
