    Yes, they are good.
Once I contacted them and I they were really helpful and I got a resolution in no time.

And there are some nice chicks working at exetel 😋

Are you with Exetel? I am thinking of changing my ISP and was looking around. I might change to Exetel if they are good, just because of their support location.

I was with them once. I usually churn over every now and then for a better deal.
Currently, I'm with Tangerine, which I had high expectations but recently I experienced a few downtimes so thinking to switch over to someone else.

I am with TPG and have had no issues, but their phone line is locked into the modem and cannot use any other device to activate the phone line.

Have you tried Aussie Broadband? They have very good reviews but the price tag is is on the high side.

I got Aussie for my business, static IP with 100/40 plan cost $99 plus $10 for the phone. At home, I have TPG 100/20 for $89 including phone. Aussie surpport is very good, but maybe I'll try Exetel for home just to get support from Colombo.

Yeah give it to a go. Way better than Indian and Philippines support centres.

They have a support forum too
