specially medical students are not like art, commerce students, they got lot to study and do. so normally they don't have time to waste on bullshits.

even the media minister has told da IGP to arrest and take action against all those involved. wonder how long he will take to arrest them. mervyn wage surrender wenaka indi da danne naha. okkoma ekama jaathiyane!

"" Stop this Disgracefull journalism and False accusations against Colombo Medical Students. We have not done anything wrong, just because they are media people, does not give them the right to film up any person. What bothers us most is that the cameraman who started this nonsense in the first place, refused to show his media ID wen requested to by the security, so how do we know whether he was a terrorist filming our faculty to plan an attack???? after all we are a security target & so is the National Hospital of Sri Lanka, which is next door!!! we also visibly saw how he insulted with foul language against our security!! we also have video evidence of journalists insulting medical students, It will be put up soon. Stop this campaign of Disgrace!!, Please show your support for this cause & Dont let such low level cockroaches who call themselves 'journalists' ruin the lives of these innocent students and the lives of millions of more.


Please watch this, watch for your selves, the helpless looks of these innocent students as they watch from the floor above @ the police station while being inhumanly insulted by the Journalists from down, you'll also see our Student union Representatives trying to reason out the matter but yet how unruly these journalists our @ us, We do not deserve this, We are a much more dignified people than these so called 'journalists', You'll also see Wat an award winning act the cameraman from Sirasa puts up @ our accident ward EVEN though there ISNT a single scratch mark on his body, We did visit him @ hospital to observe him (Since it is our work place!!!), well he looked pretty darn well to me,

bro in the statement given by the victimised media personals they say that they were filming the guy after obtaining his permission. other ppl dont have n e right in objecting a persons right ne? lets say u r doing sumthing and sum one comes and say u cant do this. wat will u say. and also they have said that wen they showed their media ID's they were snatched by the security and then they were taken inside and beaten up. and also if u suspected them to be terrorist u shud have informed da police. who give u da right to attack another person. and also it was a female who were among the journalists. tell me weather there is n e law in da constitution of sri lanka which gives a person or a group of persons to attack another person unless for self defence? no right? if there was one like that they sri lanka wud be a worse place to live. y da f*** is there police, army and stuff? u can inform them right? y didnt u do so? and who gives u da right to break another persons belongings? if u had a camera and if a person jst passing by snatches it and breaks it wat wud u do?
