I use both. Commercial is good for online transactions.

Com bank card is great for Paypal withdrawals.

However I'd say HNB card is better for online transactions since you can deactivate it for online transactions or cancel subscriptions whenever you want with their service. You cannot do this with the Com bank card.

Commercial bank has more offers though...
