EUR Account එකකින් Eur pay කරද්දී එහෙම කැපෙනවද ?
මීට වඩා අඩුවෙන් කැපෙන බැංකු මොනවද ?

why should that be if it is EUR PFCA account the amount they can deduct is only the amount in EUR. If it was USD or any other currency than the currency of the account that may involve conversion, but not in this instance. You better ask the bank and let others know their reply.

I am using a USD debit card for all sort of payments and subscriptions. If I pay directly in USD, no additional charges are added.
But payment providers like paypal detect our country and set the card currency to LKR,then above can happen but we can manually set the card currency to USD.
