you cant verify debit cards for paypal. only credit cards....

HNB debit card walin verify karanda puluwa,

Use HNB Debit Card. Go to your nearest HNB Branch and open a new savings account. Initially you have to deposit 2000/= SLR. They will give you a HNB VISA DEBIT Card (On the spot). The card will be activated within 7 days (I'm not 100% sure about that).
(After 7 days)
Now you have to Phone HNB Card Center and ask them to activate online payments for your card. 0112671955.

They will activate your online payment facility for a certain time (say 1 week). Now you are eligible for online payments. To activate your PAYPAL account............ Follow the instructions in this thread.
