Salary seems to below average. Night shift allowance not enough at all. Transport is good for those who reside far from the workplace not for me who stay near. Too much work at night shift so people usually struggle in 1st year which happened to me also as ended up having no bonus or increment. luckily i got a flexible manager so my life became bit easier. Growth is there but all are night shift vacancies. had Insurance but never used. Degree would be useful if goes upto management level otherwise useless. Degree doesn't have any impact for the salary for the starters .</blockquote>
