512MB DDR400 ~ 6500
512MB DDR2-533 ~ 7000
512MB DDR2-667 ~ 7500

Multiply and divide them by 2 to get the prices of 1GB and 256MB :D

    hey machan i asked from unity plaza they said 512MB DDR400 is 7000ne

    Didn't you see the "~" sign? :confused: Some people sell for more, some people sell for less.

    You have to be very lucky with computer parts. For example, my DDR2-667 which I bought at Rs. 7,500 per 512MB can work at DDR2-800 without doing anything other than changing the speed. I haven't seen anyone selling DDR2-800 in Sri Lanka yet.
