From what I know;
E7200 = Rs.14000
E8200 = Rs.19500
E8400 = ~Rs.22000 (not sure)
Q6600 = Rs. 24500

No idea about mobo prices.

Kingston 1GB VR 667 = Rs.2500

New mobo's only have 1 PATA port.
If I were you, I would sell the 250GB to someone and get SATA HDDs.
