mage PC eka on karanakota BIOS check karala windows loging eka enakotama Blue screen(not for ram) wena ekak meka kiyawannawath beri ikkmanin nithiwela gihin restart wenawa 20 wathwak vithara restart wenawa. mokakdda leda.

nehe, checked with avira anti virus

How did you checked with avira when the pc is blue screening? MOst probably a virus and you'll have to reinstall the os. try pressing F8 after the bios continually and then select "Last Known Good Configuration".

or just put a windows CD and boot from it and run the repair console...
reinstalling (not new installation) might work too

macho press F8 and select do not restart on system failure and the blue screen want go until u switch it off manually and tell me wats da error message maybe i cn help u.
