sorry mate i tried hard to analyze the same thing.arana dhamma thero had the answer but he’s no more to ask.

I think its a mix of things.Vinchnaya finds a womb compatible to its previous tendencies.So it got into bad parents.Due to outer social influences it gets even bad.May be a jesus like figure get born into bad parents just to pay back previous bad karma.May be a bad mf gets born into good parents to pay parents karma.Who knows without direct insight we can only beat around the bush and be happy with an answer.
