start menu 1 click කරලා windows firewall කියලා ගහන්න.
ඊට පස්සේ එන windows firewall window එක ඕපන් කරන්න.
දකුණු අත පැත්තේ ඇති advanced settings කියලා එක කිල්ක් කරන්න.
වම් අත පැත්තේ ඇති outbound rules කියලා එක සිලෙක්ට් කරන්න.
ඊට පස්සේ දකුණු අත පැත්තේ ඇති new rule කියලා එක කිලික් කරන්න.
ඒ එන මෙව්වා එකේ program චෙක් කරලා නෙක්ස්ට් කරන්න ඊට පස්සේ එන මෙව්වා එකේන program path එක දෙන්න (c:\program files වල තියෙන කොරල්ද්‍රෝ ෂෝර්ට්කට් එක)
next කරලා block the connection දෙන්න. next next name එකක් දීලා සේව් කරන්න.

මේක කරන්න ඕනා සිරියල් එක අහුවෙන්න කලින් හොදේ.

control panel. In the right pane,
Control Panel appears. Click to
open it.
navigate to System and
Security -> Windows Firewall
Click Advanced settings in
the left pane.
A new Window will pop up.
Next you select Outbound Rules
in the left pane.
Click Action in the menu bar,
and click New Rule. Then a new
outbound rule wizard will pop
up as you are going to make a
protocol in the firewall.
Next you’ll get the option
which says What type of rule
would you like to create? Select
Program. Program is actually
rules that control connections
for a program. Click “Next” to
proceed.
Next, they will ask you to
customize the domain where you
want to apply this blocking. If
you want to apply these rules to
all connections, then check All
Programs option.
In case you want to block a
specific application, check This
program path. Browse and select
the application and click “Next”
to continue.
On clicking next, you get this
option What action should be
taken when a connection
matches the specified conditions?
Obviously select Block the
Connection and Proceed by
clicking “Next”.
This protocol depends on the
type of the Network So the
computer will prompt you about
the type of Network. By default
all options (Domain, Private, and
Public) are checked but you can
change it also.
Name it to identify it. Click
“Finish” to get it done.
