Travelers headed to England will have to provide a negative coronavirus test starting Monday. The test must be taken within 72 hours of arrival, and this applies to citizens as well. The UK discovered a new and more infectious coronavirus variant and is in the grip of a deadly second wave, with cases and hospitalizations skyrocketing.
