Correct iPhone prices

hi all,
I wondered that the prices in the site http://store.apple.com/us/browse/home/shop_iphone/family/iphone

and the prices that they are selling the good here.
It's really dropped.Is it correct?

8GB iPhone 3GS 99$ ?

So why when I asks from a shop they tell me about 80,000?Are they nuts or
me nuts?

lol that's because Apple store prices are valid only within US
and because they come with a contract from AT&T which you have to pay a rental monthly
then only you get the iPhone for 99$

btw, iPhone 3G [unlockd] is around 45-50K now
