According to Merriam-Webster, the meaning is: a revolution directed toward overthrowing a government or social system established by a previous revolution.

But in reality, it is the most destructive world that used to suppress the opponents, more likely suppression of the critics. It is quite dangerous if someone accused someone else using this word.

What if those MPs intentionally submitted wrong information? So just verify all that information before accusing some government servants.
