Court Fiscal seizes Sri Lanka’s only Aston Martin Motor Car
Upon a Mandate of Sequestration issued by the Commercial High Court of Colombo, the Fiscal of Court seized and sequestered the Aston Martin motor car bearing No.WP KG-1107 yesterday in pursuance of an application made under Section 653 of the Civil Procedure Code by The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited against Christy Lanka Apparels (Pvt) Ltd., Christy Clothing (Pvt) Ltd., Dilshan Fernando, and Watsala Fernando.
Mr. Romesh de Silva, President’s Counsel along with Mr. Prasanna Jayawardena, Attorney-at-law, instructed by Messrs. Julius & Creasy, Attorneys-at-law appeared for the Bank.
