Check against the country/countries where you intend to travel. Some countries not don't bother even whether you are vaccinated or not.
Both vaccine immunity and infection immunity wanes away pretty fast, so none of these can prevent you from getting infected but you will have a much better chance of reduced disease severity.

Last month I travelled to France, UK, Croatia, Slovenia, Iceland, UKand back to France. Didn't ask for Covid vaccine certificate anywhere.
It depends on the country you visit. Some do and some don't.
