Creative SB on vista. Help

PLZ PLZ PLZ guys. Ive Installed Vista Ultimate. now Ive Probz with ma Sound card.(Creative SB live 5.1 DIGITAL) I cant intall it . wen i try it says`Thers no Creative soundcard on ur vista`. plz guys i beg .With out it I cnt compose ma music. plz plz . Is there any beta or version 4 vista??????
