Credit Card, Debit card, sampath web card, can any one explain?

The main difference is the way the card works and where the money comes from. Debit cards can be used as either a debit card or credit card. Credit cards can only be used as a credit card. Debit cards do not carry a line of credit. The purchases made with a debit card can not exceed the amount of money a person has in their bank account. This is the main difference between a credit and debit card.
Credit card means there is a limit to purchase and it is a loan from bank,
Debit card means it is like an ATM card. we can purchase until money ends in our bank account. (which means you use your own money)
Sampath webcard is a Virtual credit card. we cannot use it for normal purchase, But we can use it for internet purchases. Usually virtual credit cards expire within 24 hours and can't load it again and again. but this card has a 1year expiring period and can load as much as we need.
Visa means a company who offer credit cards (MasterCard, American Express, Discover etc.. these are also credit card offering companies)

Credit Card = Enjoy others money till the credit card is seized by the company.
Debit Card= You can't the above because you need to have your own money in bank before you swipe.

There are several networks of eMoney systems from different companies like VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover.
But in SL we mostly offered a VISA card. But Master and AMEX is also available in SL.
There are two types of these cards,
