HNB & Sampath. NDB takes a handling fee, but has 25 months installment plan every Thursday. My theory is that I will proceed with an installment plan only if I have at least 50% of the total transaction value available upfront. After initiating the installment plan, I will create a monthly closing FD and pay the installment from the collected amount and add more to the FD.

Using com bank and sampath cc. Recently initiated a 60 month plan on com bank cc without any interest.

It's singer. Damro also giving the same plan in this season.
Also time to time Sampath cc offer to convert any payment into 36 month installments without any interest.
