Critical Situation - whole Island be aware

Kelani river is now 7.8M and rising. Today morning it was 6.8 something. If it reaches 11M kalanithissa will be under water and no power t o the entire Island.
Abatale is under water and if this rain continues for 12 hours water distribution will be stopped.
Kolonnawa is now under water and in few hours the petroleum corporation will be under water and no distribution of Fuel to the country.
And there is another storm coming it seems.
There will be no Vegetables for the next month.
This is what you should do.
1. Gather as much dry rations as possible. Noodles and stuff.
2. Candles with couple of liters.
3. Sanitary items.

Yes. kalanithissa is a peaking plant but it serves as a hub for incoming power from biyagama and other grids. Colombo city will be affected if kalanithissa grid fails.
