x1950 is not worth it. it is very old. a 9600gt is easily about two times faster or even faster with higher resolutions.

3870 is alright. But it is a little expensive here. About 20k or even more. It is as fast as a 9600GT in general. 9600GT wins in most, but there is virtually no competition between them. But would you pay more than Rs.5000 for the same performance JUST BECAUSE YOU WANT AN ATI CARD???? I wouldn't!!!
