Crysis - Help

Hey Guys ........
I just installed Crysis

Well Ive just ran it ...well the menus worked fine but the graphics(demos and stuff ) are really slow and i cannot see anything.....

My PC configs are

Intel Core 2 Duo 2.4Ghz E4600 2MB L2
On board VGA : Intel X3500 384MB
2GB KINGSTON 667Mhz RAM

Is my System Not Sufficient or Is it the VGA
if it is so What VGA card do you recommend..

Want To Run Crysis Smoothly? Then Youll Have To Go For A 8800GTX Or 8800GT

that is good but you must buy a 8800gt or 9600gt or a 3870 to play crysis well
