go to http://192.168.1.1/

type username and password both "admin"

then go to Advanced setup > WAN > Add > Port=0, VPI=8, VCI=35, Service Category=UBR without PCR, don't enable quality of service, Click next

select PPPoE > type SLT username and password > Next > Next > Save > Save & Reboot
