Mchan I need to create Database ..so what is the Best software you recomend to do it easy.... wht is the easiest & Best DB Software available

I need to export data from Excel as well

You can use phpMyAdmin to do all the work, runs in a browser.. very lightweight and I'm sure its more than enough to do your stuff!

Depends on the requirement.

MySQL is the best to use for industrial purposes.

But if it's a stand-alone application or a primary single user application, I would simply go with MS Access. (Or a simple text file - but then you wont be able to access the data already entered in excel I guess)

If you want to import from excel then you might have to export it to .CSV first, then import it to mySQL

BTW What scripting language you using?
