We had a bad experiance at Modola Hidrleout in our dayout on 1st March 2019.
1. Management of Austasia was not look after the place and no attention was given to the facilities and staff.
2. Place was not cleaned and housekeeper was not maintain the place upto the minimum standard.
3. We had made a complaint regarding our experience but no one from the management responded.
4. Food was quality was very bad and cleanliness was not maintained.
5. Natural Pool was not maintained and water was not cleaned.
6. Furniture was verry old and cushion was not cleaned over the years.
7. Management was not given attention to the safety in the premises and there will be high probability for a accident.
8. There is no proper person to cook food and served the customers need.
