    I seriously doubt that. I received this same forwarded email two days back. The "fact" that is given at the starting of the email is completely wrong. How can a foot placing of 1 inch aid in in running on water? The smaller the foot placing, the quicker it will break the surface of water. Going by the average weight of a spotted deer (80KG or 176LB) and the small size of its hooves, it would require much much greater speed to be able to run on water.
