I like the way he faced death...
Moments before Guevara was executed he was asked if he was thinking about his own immortality. -No-, he replied, -I'm thinking about the immortality of the revolution....
Che Guevara then told his executioner, ...
-I know you've come to kill me. Shoot, coward, you are only going to kill a man.-...
And my most favorite is the way Sigiri Kashyapa died...
He took his knife, cut his throat, held the knife high up, put back it in and fell down dead
.

so r u telling us u liked the way he killed his own self ? don't u think it's BS ?

and u enjoy a legend , a great king suicide during a WAR ??

commiting suicide during a war cannot be called Heroism
at least that's why i believe !

P.s my english aint that good, so excuse me.........

I never said life is always positive and i never hope. But my question was why do you always find the negative side of life? Simply what can you learn from a man's death?
I live a very positive and happy life so I am interested in the negative side.. Obvious?... Life should be complete.
One can learn from s death of a hero... Why people respect that boy, Madduma Bandara... I like to face death like that if I will ever have to... especially as a woman..
I am sure that I am stronger than many men of today, who are afraid of death. It seems some are afraid of the word too.

I think it is more honourable for a king than being caught and get killed eventually...
I respect his courage to held the knife high up, put back it in after he had cut his throat.. It shows his strength of his will...
How does a normal man goes mad with a mosquito bite... and some goes mad and start vomitting all the filthy words he know reading a post he dislikes.. See the contrast?

Yes, as an ordinary guy i am afraid of death. I dont like to talk about it either, b'cuz it will come as it should. And of course i'd like to hear those brave stories of our past heroes. Nothing to learn by them, though.

What you think is what you would think then... What I think would be different and you wouldn't believe even if I tell you.

If you are afraid of death you can't learn from someone who was not afraid of death.
But in truth you have much to learn from him, if you have a little courage

Looser Sigiri Kashyapa is respected by whole world which has seen Sigiriya than the poor winner Mugalan... No one even mention him other than related to Kashyapa.
Not the way one died but the way he lived makes one a hero... and some live like a hero and die like a hero..

Do you always live on the positive side of life...? And everything happen to you is always positive....... Life is in between these two... And Death of a Hero who face his death without fear is always positive... Many Heroes who are worshiped today hide behind many walls and hundreds of bodyguards... Even Castro..

but castro was in the field with che and his bro...he wasn't just behind his army...
just cos you have a crush on che, don't make others looks bad.
