    OptiPlex 5250 All In One

ehema nam kale ne puthe.. DVD ekakin thama damme.. hari giye ne e unata...
    wenasak thiyenawada ban ee deke?

What didn't work?... Did you first test the system by running the Dell ePSA diags.

Power ON, when the Dell logo appears press F12
From the boot menu - select Diagnostics
    Then run all tests.

If all tests pass you should be able to restore the system.

The 5250 came with Windows 7 as well as Windows10 versions. Should be bootable either USB or DVD media.

I tried to run that diagnostics option, but it seems to be taking a long time and with the limited time I had to skip it. next time i'll check it.
is this the tool I should use to create a recovery USB??

    Yes.. Download OS recovery tool.

Otherwise use your Windows 10 disk - if you have.

The diags cannot take a very long time - except for the memory test if you have > 16GB . Skip it.
If the SSD passes and there areno SMART warnings you should be fine
