Performance based mac book pro is better. and you cant get the mac user experience from XPS :-) but if you are windows preferred user stay with dell. Many dev tools are free on mac so I think for a good performance and experience mac is the best option.

Thank you, brother. Now I'm in Canada. there is an apple store in my near location. I didn't use apple one ever. do you have experience with that. can we use most of the Microsoft and other free software with mac. like Netbeans, Navicat, Photoshop, Illustrator.

since you are in canada i thinck you are using paid software ;-) adobe suite and netbeans navicat is available. Like I said if youl ike the user experience and mac eco system buy mac. and if you can wait 8-9 months you can get m1 chip pro book 16 also :-) Dell xps also a good choice if you like working on windows. Apple ecosystem is completely different mate :-)
