Demonoid is currently offline due to action from the CRIA. The site was also shut down for a few days earlier in 2007. In November 2007 the website went offline with a placeholder page stating: "The CRIA threatened the company renting the servers to us, and because of this it is not possible to keep the site online. Sorry for the inconvenience and thanks for your understanding".
