How to deploy the C# Projects(.NET Environment)

Well if you do not have a database.. then just Project -> Publish it... it will build all the dependencies... and create a setup.exe with the requirements...

If you are going to deploy it on a PC that doesn’t have VS.Net, then you need to first install the runtime environment (a free download from Microsoft).
