How come you know who did this. There is no queston about buddhists attacked ICRC. Did you know ICRC is not a christian organisation. Red Cross was started by a Swiss national and he used the logo from the Swiss flag - the Red Cross - This red cross has nothing to do with the Christian/catholic symbol. People should learn and know the history. The cross used by ICRC does not mean that it is a christian/catholic organisation. As for the people who work may be having a undercurrent working to spread christianity. But this was not what the Red Cross Logo stands for.
