Dude if you have proof of your income, you can easily go to a private bank like sampath and get it done. your only concern will be if you want 50mil, then your monthly payment will be 500k+ and they need to accept that you can repay this. So if you are getting 2mil a month constantly (which you should show them) then shouldn't be a problem.

Dude if you have proof of your income, you can easily go to a private bank like sampath and get it done. your only concern will be if you want 50mil, then your monthly payment will be 500k+ and they need to accept that you can repay this. So if you are getting 2mil a month constantly (which you should show them) then shouldn't be a problem.

Down payment ekak Ona nedda ban

Machan, the dynamics around loans has nothing to do with whether you bring USD or not. If you buy a land it will only give you 70% of the land value ( this excludes lawyer fees, stamp duties). If you building something, then you get up to 80% of the estimate. Either way, you have to contribute as well. They will never give you 100%.
