Why do we need to discuss this so much? It's a shit hole owned by muslims who would promise you the best service and warranty, but when something happens you'll find what liars and cheaters they are.

Its a known truth that any phone shops won't give you a proper warranty.

Be it Divine or Any shop, they will try to manipulate it and state that it is our fault, this is normal. They only state they give an hardware warranty but read there terms and conditions including Divine, it says for overcharging, for small scratches and the smallest thing they wont cover it.

The only genuine warranty (Repair only) will be from agents.

Unfortunately this is the truth. Do not trust any phone shop. You will get no warranty for sure.
