This is called Dialog Hatred.... Even I don't appreciate their current method of handling the problems. But as a person, who worked there. They have the best systems like AVAYA, LUCENT. Which are globally used in telecommunication. Only problem that they had was, they forgot their customers.
Starting CDMA, Broadband and Dialog TV was the reason for their failure. Caz they had to use their profits in the G.S.M to cover the loss in other services. Ultimately, mobitel took the advantage of it. Now, they are struggling in the field. But I believe still No Operator has got the ability to replace Dialog.
And this is my assumption, you should work for Airtel or else you want put this thread as "....Scared to Airtel".

I was waiting for Airtel 3G coverage since more than 1 and 1/2 years. No use, still no proper coverage! So, I still stick with my dialog HSPA connection.
Though, its little expensive, it has good coverage than Airtel, especially when it comes to 3G and HSPA.

and 1 more thing, dialog updates their official website as soon as they introduce something or changes something, but Airtel, takes weeks and sometimes months update their website.
Though, there is an unofficial website, it is better, if they appoint a web team to update their site and make it rich in contents.
and still I'm waiting for Airtel's 3G, I'll be switching to their broadband as soon as I'm covered.

but this is the advantage of Airtel, in the ongoing bill they just charge VAT (13.5%) till u reach Rs. 1881 and if you exceed Rs. 1881 u will charge (26.93%)
and they add TAX for Rs. 600 (Rental)

its not acceptable.... we are searching the best option.... as per you " Will Server You Shortly ;" ( should be serve)... means still Airtel is not up to the standards.... we cant go down by thinking Aritel will go up.... we have to say come up and ask to buy....
i have great experience of using Dialog > Airtel > finally Mobitel broadband...
Airtel even not close to dialog or mobitel standards....
service quality and speed (broadband) of dialog and mobitel equal ( most of the time.. then user and select the best from them....
so i have selected the zoom 1290..... ( recently dialog has modified their b.b paks... still mobitel is economical)
im ready to select the best option since i have no boundaries to shift ( no number change probs, no other value added service... only need is internet and the speed )
