Heard the Dialog keeps on cheating their customers. They are taking the GPRS charges when the HSPA signals are not available. Dialog kept on hiding these facts and recently many people got to know.

Many Dialog broadband customers are not planning to deviate into other internet broadband service providers like SLT and Airtel, who do not cheat their customers.

Yes. Dialog cheats. It takes GPRS chages from us when the HSPA signals are not available. They cut off the HSPA signals from time to time. It's time to give up dialog. Dialog is never learning a lesson. It is not treating theis customers well. After the introduction of Upahara package, the dialog lost millions of customers. The dialog has reduced 30% of their workers as well.
If Dialog keeps on cheating their customers in this way, the extinction will be inevitable.

i also faced to this problem. in this month i only download around 3.5GB. but my current bill is Rs:138978.63. so i checked the bill from the online service. it shows that my useage, charge as for the GPRS. then i gave a call to hot line and thay sayed, today thay have some updates in their HSPA billing system, therefore these bill information should be wrong and after midnight it will be ok.
