I just wonder thses buggers has a clue about the concept call CRM. lots of buggers were browsing the internet and chatting by the telephones apart from doing the job that they have assigned in that location. I have noticed whenever such a person asked some question from a dialog bugger, that bugger answering them by spending 2-3 words without even looking the face of the customer........thats is the Customer Relationship of bloody D'log team. when comparing to this bloody d'log the service of SLT-MOBITEL was absolutely great.....</strong> </p><p></p><p><strong>I must say dont be fooled on any service of Dialog. Because there after sale service is damn in poor and although they try to indicate some discounts by nice by nice commercials @ the end of the day u will receive a thundering amount with a fancy invoice..</strong></p></blockquote><p></p>
