truth is....
Dialog GSM
They will inform you that you are a priority member and give you a credit limit.
But without informing you, they will reduce the limit, if your usage gone down.
Dialog Internet
Will offer several packages,
But do not say there is a download limit.
Dialog TV
They will add few channels free of charge to your list which you do not want.
After some time they will add Rs.50/= Rs.100/= additional charges for these channels and you too are get used to those unnecessary channels by then.
Finally I think they have a sales team, not marketing.
They thing these are one time transactions and rip off the customer as much as possible.
So no wonder, Dialog is going in the same path as celltell with a PHD CEO and MBA (UK) Marketing Manager.
