Share the network connection. then the PCs in your LAN can use the internet connection. I did this with Dialup. I cant remember how the HSPA connection is made in the PC. is it shown as a dial-up or Broadband connection? then you can do what I said.
2nd option is to use a HSPA router which is a bit expensive. (ok ok, not a bit...!)
