Dialog customers can now simply switch from Pre paid to Post paid or Post paid to pre paid. Customers are able to retain their existing number no matter what connection they choose.
All conversions are free of charge and can be done at Dialog CS Outlets Island wide.
The initial conversion is FOC but thereafter if customers need to change back to previous connection Rs 1000/- will be charged.
