Dialog - This is Really Bad Work

Dialog has a call connection charge as well.
so call charges go as : connection charge + call rate + VAT

Also the KIT prepaid has a higher outgoing charge than postpaid packages.

But machan 8.95RS per minute is not acceptable specially from D2D !!
What will happen if I took a call to another network??
You can't expect a higher call rate than this machan !!

The 8.95 is the total call charge isnt it ? not the per minute rate.

I took a call from a Dialog KIT to a Dialog package last Thursday around 8.00 pm
and it cost me 8.95 RS!!!! It was only a 18 sec call..
As I know it should cost only around 5 RS.
Dialog don't have a real policy on call rates!!! They just dig into our accounts and take as much as they want!!
They don't have a pity on Customers!!!

Anyone had the same problem with Dialog ???

after 8pm it would cost the same from dialog 2 any network (including dialog)

Machan i know that they dont have per second billing. Only Tigo has per second billing. What i'm trying to say is that though they a policy on call charges, sometimes the network goes crazy and they charge more.

Never use any dialog products!!!!! I have a prepaid sim and on some days, I even cannot make any calls. i keep get " Network Busy" message and I had to dial the same number at least 20 times to get connected!!! So I keep my one of my finger on the call key and another on the key which allows me t access the dialed number list and I keep pushing them again again again and again!!!!! wtf!!!
