2. press Menu
3. select SETTINGS
4. select Factory Default
5. then you'll get STB rest message, select as OK
6. Enter reset PIN as 0000

keep the connection switched on until the reset is completed.

FR DTVAccountNumber

assume DTV account number is 7899999

type from mobile FR 7899999
send to 679

then follow these instructions sent by Dialog
