Dialog tv is fasing the same fate of Dialog cell phone. The equipment provided are of third grade, so cant watch when it is going to rain (even long before rain comes). The reason is the poor quality of the receiving equipment provided for 20,000(now 10,000). So Dialog is making a huge profit from this as they did from SIM(can you remember they used to charge 3,000/= jusst before Airtel came, and reduced it to 100/= or free in a matter of days!)
The fault is with the regulatory authority , who let them do what ever and I have no hesitation to recommend Peo tv.

PEO is better in terms of cost than DTV.. U never know wen DTV fellas will increase the rentals..

No DTV when raining in your area or in Kotahena( cos DTV uplink station is in Kotahena).

DTV said they will go for MPEG 4 last year but it is not yet done. PEO is on MPEG 4 to the best of my knowledge ( plz correct me if I am wrong ).

Current channel line up of PEO is ok but they still need to bring in some gud channels ..

check the rates before you buy.

im a peo Tv User for more than 1year it was ruining smooth @ the beginning Now
Chanel's Like VH1 Travel channel are buffering and gives a massage called waiting for signal.. but its ok from 12am to 6pm like ... Thats Due to too much users use peo tv now .. and they dont have enough bandwidth... Tha main advantage of it u can fast forward the local channels upto 48 hours that's all ...

Dialog TV ,LBN, Comet cable, Tata Sky, They have better Chanel's Than Peo tv..

ya peo tv runs on Mpeg 4.. but now Peo tv has a bandwith issue .. and i cant watch live TV from 8pm to 12pm it sux i complained them they said that there are too much users and they are making it now almost a month..

Any one has that Issue?
