Does anyone know of a good dictionary software, presumably that can work offline?

If it is free, that would be better, but need not be.

I have seen Babylon 5, but couldn't use it because I couldn't find a proper "patch" if you know what I mean. Then I have been using Concise English Oxford Ditionary, which is OK, but now with a scripting software I'm using to automate things (I have 99.9% things yet to learn in it ), it doesn't seem to work

Ok, installed Babylon, and registered it. It looks promising. I just hope it will stay registered. The last time I tried it, it automatically deregistered the serial. :s
