Yes, I was given wrong details regarding setting up Mobitel M3 broadband internet. Funniest thing is 4 people gave 4 types of answers to solve the issue and none of them worked. And, it's there lethargic attitude that annoyed me most. My phone line was disconnected several times (intentionally I think). I called at about 11 O'clock in the night, and they were half asleep, not willing to hear my problem.
Finally I went to Mobitel counter at Arpico-Battaramulla next day and who ever the person there did a fantastic job and solved the issue within a minute.
Unfortunately I cannot remember the exact date when this happened, as this took place about 2 months back.
