Did the Sun have a Twin? Where Did it Go?

    This was a hypothesis that dates back to circa 2018, as in 2017 some astronomers in the US suggested that all Sun-like stars are probably born with a companion sibling - which was correct based on observations of other binary systems similar in size to our Sun.

    So the concept of "Nemesis" (our Sun's twin) was born. I don't believe there's any solid evidence other than conjecture. Some even suggested that the death of the dinosaurs is connected with this twin.
